The best scallion pancake I have ever had. It was perfect. There are not a lot of vegetarian options but enough. Wish there was a vegetarian option for the Dan Dan noodles. Signature cocktails come in fun glassware. Our server was incredible. She answered all our questions, advised on parking, and kept her cool despite being the only server on an unexpectedly packed Monday. The patio is adorable.
The Dan Dan noodle was exceptional
The best food and vibes in Madison, no contest. Regulars here, and treated like family. Erin & Rita create the perfect at ease vibe in the dining area to compliment the mastery that goes on in the kitchen. (Erin went out of her way to return my forgotten wallet!) I really can't praise this place enough. If you're a recovering Midwestern pallet like me, Dan Dan & Ryans Chicken are the gateways to paradise.
