Wanted to try some Pho for the first time. The food was amazing. The service was great, very friendly. I was left very impressed. Enjoyed every bite of my plate. Definitely became one of my favorite restaurants.

Holy moly the food was perfect and looked beautiful. Bahn Mi with fresh baked baguettes, tender pork and fresh veg. Special Rare Steak Po with fresh rice noodles and all the fresh veggie bits (fresh sliced onion, scallion, basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapeno) sliced and diced in all the right ways...and the broth a nourishing nectar of goodness. Next time I'm in Madison I will return.

I was driving through Madison on the way home after a long week away, and made an impromptu stop because I was craving Pho, and there are no Vietnamese restaurants near where I live. This was my first time at Viet Town and I ordered Pho Ga (P11) and Grilled Pork Banh Mi (BM3), plus an Almond Salted Foam Coffee (C2) to go. My order was ready in under 10 minutes, and packed carefully to travel well. The woman that helped me was incredibly friendly and gave me some menu recs for...
