My in laws put an order in for me to pick up at 10:30. However I get there at 10:23, and see four guys just talking standing around. When I ask for the order they have not even started it. I was told it would be 18 min from when I walked in, yet my order was not complete until 10:55. We will not be going back to this location if any. I understand it takes time but 4 others were waiting as well and we’re all told 5-10 minutes and yet they were in there 15+.

Just go to the Fish Hatchery location! This one anyways gives out cold food which I don’t understand, then my friends ordered all flats didn’t think i would end up with all drums 😒. Brought it back and was told it’s fine just eat it & when I said no they switched languages, started talking shit in Spanish and was surprised when could we understand stand them… got a refund after 30 minutes back and forth
I ordered DoorDash from these guys and I got my wings and they didn’t have the Parmesan garlic rub. Not even that but they didn’t have a rub. They are completely dry with no rub or dressing. I’m sorry but how do you mess that up. That’s literally the most important part. I spent $28 on DoorDash to get dry wings with no rub or dressing. I called them and he didn’t apologize or offer a coupon. I asked if I could come in to get replacements and he said “uhh yeah we’ll add the rub if you come in”. Get some people in there that can remember to add what you ordered. Eating dry $28 wings is probably the worst way to end a Saturday night.

Ordered carryout and got there at the longer end of the time estimate.. has us sit for another 15 min because they said it wasn’t ready. Finally someone that had ordered in person had they order come out and we checked again.. our bag had been sitting there the whole time. Ended up being cold and is not worth getting it remade or heated. Also barely any sauce on the wings (20pc). Second time this location has either had service be crap or order wrong in some way. Rather drive an extra bit to a different location from now on.
