Wings are alright, fries are delicious… problem is the wings are never tossed in sauce and fries are sometimes not seasoned. The last time I ordered I never even got my fries. They didn’t try to make it right when I called about it. A terrible experience.

Placed an online order on 11/4 for delivery, but it never arrived. When I called for an update, I was told the order was ready but there was no driver, despite paying a delivery fee and tip. Staff repeatedly hung up on me, stopped answering, and I’ve gotten no response from customer service. Extremely disappointing experience. I never received my food and still haven’t been refunded

I’m so lost. The last time I ordered from here via delivery, it took an hour and a half to show up when I’m not even a 10 minute drive away. Then I order from them again and they forget my drink this time. I tried to call, but they’d answer and hang up on me. I called back every time they hung up saying they forgot half my order. I was told to wait 10 minutes to see what’s going on - only to get hung up on again. Really sad that such a good tasting place doesn’t have good service at all.

Accidentally ordered to the wrong location and they would not let us cancel our order and refund us. The employee was not understanding what we were asking and was not caring that we were asking for them to cancel the order.

Food was okay but the costumer service was terrible! I ordered through the Wingstop website, but I did delivery instead of carry out, once I placed the order I waited an hour and noticed I hadn’t gotten a text saying my food was coming so I called and the horrible and rude employee told me they didn’t do delivery? Lol, and then told me to call DoorDash and hung up, so I called again and he hung up again so I called DoorDash and they confirmed my order through their store and got in contact with the employee and had to explain to them how delivery orders work and that they indeed do delivery and DoorDash orders. Never again.

I like the wings here for sure are my go to wings I would also like to mention that it’s really clean and looks very nice from inside the workers here are always very nice and formal and pleasant people I tend to go there at night and the cashier the workers everyone is very friendly and great to be around

I ordered wings through their website and got a confirmation email that food would be delivered in about 50 minutes. I called them after 90 minutes of not receiving the food and got an unhelpful employee who hung up on me. They said my order was for pickup and they don’t offer delivery through their website even though I have email confirmation of a delivery order. I called back a few times trying to get through, was told my order would arrive in 20-25 minutes. 50 minutes later, still not having received my food, I called back again and was told it was a pickup order, not delivery. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they didn’t have one around. I was hung up on a few more times, and 2.5 hours later, have still not received my order. Truly disappointing because I’ve ordered delivery from wing stop several times in the past, but this is the last time I’ll try to do it. Never again.

I have ordered from her twice now and I have never gotten either order. I tried calling the location, they just hang up or never answer. It's outrageous! This place should be out of business. They are just stealing your money and eating your food.
If I could leave a negative review I would, I will never order from here again

Called to confirm my order is going to be delivered since the website did not have a tracker, whoever i spoke to was not helpful at all and said i had a pickup order put me on mute and then stated i needed to wait 10 mins for delivery since he doesn’t have delivery at the moment? When asked to speak to someone else he stated i needed to speak Spanish to talk to someone else
