Place an 150 wing order for a jobsite lunch. The 2 people working today rocked. I arrived early and they were busy getting orders out. My order was handed to me on time and the wings and fries were freshly packaged and even after getting set up at the jobsite, the food was great. Far better than Bdubs. Will definitely order from them again.

i ordered for delivery at night but was placed and confirmed at 11pm ( my fault for ordering so late ) it stated my food will arrived within 60-66 minutes and i know sometimes it’s not the most accurate. BUT it was almost 2 hours since i ordered and my food was still not delivered nor did i get any notifications that my food is on its way etc, OR at least cancel the order and not take my money. I get a notification that my order is being delivered at 1:39am. 30 minutes later i get another text at 1:44 am that my order has been canceled. mind you they also TOOK my money.
called them the next morning about what happened and i just want my refund for the food i never received. the guy who took my phone call took down my first and last name and phone number. informed me i would get a call from a manager. it’s been almost a week and no one has reached out to me. i did contact my bank to get my money back.

I set up a delivery early in the morning to be able to get the time I needed. I wanted it to be at my house at 5:30pm. I did not receive the meal until 6:30 pm. The wings were cold & dry as if the bag was sitting around a long time at the store or the drivers car. I will never buy from them.

Used to be better. Recently went there for light dinner. Hadn't been there for 5 or 6 years. Chicken wings were lumpy & didn't taste so good. Could no longer get a biscuit or coleslaw with meal. Only fries, which I don't care for, were available as a side.

Horrible customer service, disgusting food, I wanted to spend a friendly time with some friends and I decided to invite and buy the wings at a high price, the truth is an hour of waiting, I came to think that they were so coveted by people, the order arrived in an hour and 20 minutes cold and incomplete they arrived dry without any type of sauce, disgusting the lowest thing is to eat in this place I wanted to ask for a refund and they did not offer me help they were more angry than the customer and I have to wait a whole week for me Money back 🤮💩
