Busy but organized! Everyone gets a menu, when you're ready to order, stand up your menu on the bar. Waitress takes your order and within a 1/2 hour we were sitting in the dining room. Drinks were good, food was great and an overall great experience!

Went to this establishment when it opened at 4 pm on a Saturday. Parking lot 3/4 full. Got a table next to the bar. Ordered a drink, ordered food and our dining room table was ready in about 20 minutes. Once we sat down the food came out fairly quickly. Prime rib, lobster, ribeye, fried perch, all excellent. Service was excellent. Will definitely return. I say get there early! Thank you!

We literally have been coming here for decades. We had a bad experience a couple of months ago and we just thought it was a fluke. Then we went again 2 weeks ago and it was poor again! The fish was greasy and fishy tasting the lobster was tasteless and the Blancks special was full of gristle and even had a layer of slimy silver skin! Very sad!

Went with a group of 19. We asked to reserve a table since we know we'd be there early dinner time and there was going to be so many of us. They wouldnt let us saying no reservations under 20 people. Fair. We asked again once we got there and was told it would be no problem and head to the back bar. Ive worked food service before but the bartender at the back bar was so rude to us as we were trying to get drinks and wait to be seated. Anytime she talked with someone from our party she was short and snappy. We waited a bit found out they wouldnt seat us until we ordered food and THEN they would find us seats. We finished our drinks, closed our tabs and left. Not impressed with how this was handled.

We called a week ahead of time to reserve for a group of nineteen and was told they would not do a reservation for groups under twenty, understandable. We reconfirmed that they would be able to accommodate the large group despite it being peak business time and was told it would be alright.
Now we show up and ask the front bar if they can still accommodate the large group. We get told yes and that we can go to the back area. The bartender was so rude and snapped at us like us being there was a horrible inconvenience and we did something wrong. We stayed for maybe ten minutes before settling the bar tab and just leaving. We went out of our way to reconfirm multiple times that our business would be accepted and was treated by staff like we committed some crime by showing up. Unacceptable and none of us will ever be back.

We went on a Thursday hoping to get some good fish - was not disappointed. First time there and my husband orders the large Kevin special - could have fed a family of 4. It was busy, they have a unique system down for seating. The bartenders were working hard - staff was friendly - good service. Would def go again. Basic decor. Quality & Quantity of food was 'thumbs up'
