Stopped in when we got thirsty on the way back from milwaukee. The people were friendly and I wish I could have stayed longer.

The Silica Pub is a nice Holyland tavern. The owner is kind, welcoming and friendly. It's a good value and a neat spot to stop-fer-one.
Only place I know of where you can still get a can of Stroh’s Beer.
Quiet and small. But had a great time playing pool.
