I order a tall pike with 2 inches steamed cream. Have done so for years. New management started recently. They now tell me that 2 inches steamed cream is a miso and they have to charge me $2 more because the maximum cream for a tall pike is 3/4 inch, otherwise, it's a miso. I looked up a Starbucks miso and it stated it is half brewed coffee and half cream. My 2 inches steamed cream does not come anywhere near half of the cup. I'm here everyday at least twice a day. I've had problems for the last year but the store usually corrects the mistakes. However, the last couple months they have not! Drinks are made incorrectly way to many times. They shut off the order ahead more than it's on. The store closes early without notice! If they are going to close early, post it at the start of the day instead of an hour before closing! It's bad enough they went from closing at 8:00-9:00pm to closing at 6:00pm.
