I love Applejack's and a lot of the wait staff is AMAZING! However, my last experience was not the best. Our waitress sighed when we would ask for things like refills or to go containers. Then said loudly enough for my mother to hear, "$5 tip on a $50 bill". Had she not ruined the experience with her rudeness, her tip would have been more than 10%. A customer should not feel like a burden.
