It seems that every time I order Jimmy John’s online they always screw up one of the subs by forgetting to add the special requests. I don’t know if they just don’t look at the tickets fully or what but this has happened 2 to 3 times so I may be deciding not to go to Jimmy John’s anymore in the future, due to them always messing up the order. Two others ordering from Jimmy John’s make sure you check yourselves before you leave
As a first time customer, I was eager to try Jimmy Johns.I asked if I could order the Caesar Chicken Wrap as a sub instead, and I was told yes, so that's what I ordered. Everyone was working as I believe in the manner and pace they should have been, and the counter customer service was very polite. We travel for work and stop to eat at JJs frequently. We've never been anything but happy with the food, atmosphere, or service. They weren't bad here. They don't take American express. We've never been told that at any JJs in the country. The food was standard, the service was below average. The atmosphere was average.
