Went in at 6:45pm and there was a sign at the order counter stating you could only order online. Well, we're in store now to place orders why are we not able to place orders at the counter? Oh, because they're short on bread.... But there's plenty of bread in the bread case, so I'm not understanding. Was told "we have to save that for tomorrow" guess they dont bake fresh bread everyday. Walked out without and will go to a neighboring town next time.

Showed up at 748pm to order two subs cause are oven broke and they said they can’t make it when they were standing right there. Change your close time to 750 if you can’t make subs till 8.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, there’s a blonde girl as a “manager” has poor respect for customers. Was absolutely absurd experience. Just moved to the town of markesan and have heard good things until I walked into that subway.. the online app was not working on their end, I paid for two things, she tried to make me re pay even though I had already paid. I didn’t have the funds to wait until tomorrow and just pay for it again, so I was walking away with no food after spending my last few dollars on subway..the cops got called and I’m no longer allowed inside subway because she is the manager and decided that. I asked to speak to her boss and she refused to call him.. just disappointing because I was looking forward to a better town and the first stop turned out horrid..

I was there today, 5/9, and I just want to give a shoutout to Amelia. There were a lot of factors against her, being out of some food items, getting a little busy, and trying to keep the line moving. They were out of turkey but instead she went to the back and sliced me fresh turkey without me even asking. When we saw that they had no mayo left, she went on a mission to find more. She was great and even apologized for making me wait just a couple minutes longer! She did great at keeping everyone happy.

This subway has gotten tremendously better since previous years. I used to avoid this subway for other ones, but now am glad I can go to my local subway for a decent sub now.
Vegetarian options: Veggie subs are available and veggie patties as well.
