Stumbled across this place by accident and what a find! The staff made us feel like old friends, the decor was really cool with neat antique sporty things up front and cool old movie posters in the back. There was a cooler with a variety of cool and funky sodas and beers (as well as the standards). The real winner, however, was the food! This is one of the best restaurants in Marshfield. A must stop , fresh pasta, Alfredo sauce home made with a excellent flavor. The BBQ brisket is to die for, tender and excellent flavor. Creamy broccoli soup, homemade, excellent. Now then the kanollies are to die for. They need to open a shop in EauClaire, but until then we will travel to Marshfield. This is a Gotta do before you die kind of place.
Gumbo, is in the top 3 that I've tasted.
I've been to Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Georgia.
Louisiana still #1.
But 2nd or 3rd to that is not too shabby.
Marshfield Wi. worth the trip.
