The owner is getting more and more difficult with customers every day and incredibly rude. If she doesn't have the temperament to serve people, she shouldn't do it at all. I went to eat there on February 14th and she treated us very badly. You pay for your food, I'm not going to ask for it for free. I definitely won't be back😤
The owner is awful, incredibly rude, and treats her employees terribly. Not to mention, the kitchen is a complete mess, and she's the same way she collects money and hovers around the tables touching everything, and then she goes in and makes her sushi! It's a nightmare to work there, even though the rest of the team is good; with that leader, everything is a disaster!
Wonderful people, excellent atmosphere and food.

Royal Tokyo ロイヤル東京 is a small, cozy restaurant serving large portions of five-star food. The chef, Lupe, is a machine with no wasted movements, and he always does a fun show for the dining experience. The manager and owner, Rose, is a sweet, kind, and welcoming lady. An older man working there is excellent with children, telling riddles and performing magic tricks. The food is fabulous, terrific, and the best in the area. A cocktail called a Saketini is dangerously tasty. The dining experience is fun with upscale food, though it is not inexpensive. The restaurant is often busy, so there may be a wait to be served. Bar service is not fast due to the small staff, but the drinks are good. To avoid a wait, make an early reservation. This is not just dinner, but an experience.
