Fantastic independent business. My first and only go to when visiting Wisconsin to order meats. Their prices are unbeatable and customer service is second to none. I ordered 56 8oz filet mignons and I couldn't believe the amount of money I saved working with them over the big name stores. Visit them if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.
Picked up some nice Beef Suet for a recipe and it's so clean and fresh, grabbed a pound of their smoked Bacon and it's the best ! It's like I can't eat it fast enough (:
