My favorite menu item at Taco Bell has been the steak chalupa supreme. I ordered one today, but it did not taste the same as it had every other time I had ordered it. This time it was spicy, and appeared as though it had a sauce of some kind on it. When I took it back and tried to explain the problem ( thinking that maybe a trainee had maybe made a mistake ) the associate said he would not give me a refund and said it was longer than 20 minutes since I was there. 6 Chicken tenders cost me $11.59! I didn't "want" a meal so I was charged A LA CARTE - OVERCHARGE! A 5-piece Tenders box is only $8.99! If the cashier was "so kind" to offer that deal, it would have been appreciated. And, I would upload a picture of my "tenders", but not sure how to do that. There was no meat! It was all breading and all 6 would have fit into a Big Mac box. So utterly disappointing! Last time we stop there!
Made an online order, waited 30 minutes for it, drove an hour home just to realize it was wrong! Ordered 12pcs extra crispy, 2 potatoes, gravy, 1 coleslaw and 6 biscuits. I got 8pcs original, 1 potatoe, gravy, coleslaw and 4 biscuits. so someone got 4 pieces, 2 sides and 2 buscuits for free! Hope they enjoy it! And they want $15/hr?
