A short staffed, overwhelmed crew suffering computer problems, Mrs. Angry here, Mr. Grumpy there and KFC/ TB gave textbook customer service eventhough I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a bucket of chicken. Customer service don't get no better than that in all seriousness. The employees' smiles were great!

My favorite menu item at Taco Bell has been the steak chalupa supreme. I ordered one today, but it did not taste the same as it had every other time I had ordered it. This time it was spicy, and appeared as though it had a sauce of some kind on it. When I took it back and tried to explain the problem ( thinking that maybe a trainee had maybe made a mistake ) the associate said he would not give me a refund and said it was longer than 20 minutes since I was there.
