“I just had to share my recent experience at KFC! It's been about two years since my first visit, which I regretted deeply. I swore off the place because I found the food terrible! But yesterday, my brother and daughter were hungry, and KFC was the closest option. Reluctantly, I decided to give it another try — and I was blown away!

The food was delicious! The chicken was incredibly juicy, and I was genuinely surprised at how much I enjoyed it. On top of that, the customer service was exceptional. Patricia, the general manager, was fantastic! She made sure to understand my order, even with my accent. I rarely encounter someone so patient and attentive, especially in a drive-through setting.

I’ve changed my mind about KFC. I highly recommend trying their new biscuit and comeback sauce — they are amazing! I may have found my new go-to place for fast food.“

“Came through drive through today at 1 and the line was incredibly long it was PACKED with people and cars. But it didn’t take long for me to get my order in and get my food. The workers are always so nice here. The girl that took my order was super nice and definitely made me laugh. I had a conversation with the girl who gave me my order and she was super sweet and got my order pretty quickly after we talked. The food was slightly off chickens a little weird texture. But would definitely come back again after my experience still!“

“I had an issue with my truck and couldn't make it to pick up an order that I had placed. I baked and had them cancel the order before it was made and they did. I was however able to fix my issue and make it in time but because the order was canceled I had to place it again. The guy on the phone wasn't the most pleasant and had an attitude when I saw him in person. They took my order and I waited but when I arrived home I had discovered that they didn't give me any of my dipping sauces. I had some issues before and a very nice lady made sure that I was taken care of but I waited a few months before returning and had the same issues with the sauces and missing items from before. I love the food but it makes it hard when simple orders get messed up.“
