Waited at the host stand for a pretty good amount of time. She was in a bad mood. My server was nice but barely spoke and when my food was brought out to me, it wasn't even him that brought it out and it wasn't even right. When it got corrected, also still wasn't the server that brought it out, he was too concerned about the people behind me. Legit sat at their table my entire meal. Food was fine. When I was finished, it probably took 10 to 15 minutes for him to finally notice I was finished and ready to leave. On top of that I had to wait for the table that he was so concerned about to finish signing their check so I could use the pen they had. Overall not happy and wouldn't recommend nor go back.

I recently placed a pickup order at Applebee’s and the experience could not have gone smoother. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and attention. The staff were not only efficient but also incredibly welcoming—each person I encountered greeted me kindly, held the doors open, and wished me a pleasant day. Small gestures like that make a world of difference and set this location apart.

This was by far the most seamless pickup I’ve ever had, and I left feeling genuinely appreciated as a customer. I will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this Applebee’s location to anyone looking for excellent service and a positive dining experience.

My server was amazing but the new management really destroyed this place i witnessed mangers laughing at guests with legit food complaints this used to be a great place to come and sadly its not anymore i see alot if changes with staff and not for the better good luck

This Applebee's has changed a lot atmosphere exchange portions has changed a lot I was extremely surprised to see on a Friday night the place is practically empty Applebee's flavor has definitely changed they will be missed

Update: just ordered food from online. Not only was i over charged for a beef patty and extra order of shrimp (with no shrimp), without my french onion soup, with a raw steak, i had to drive back to have a solution. They asked i bring the food BACK or they wouldnt do anything? I brought back the steak that was made incorrectly because everything else was missing or over charged for that was also not there. And was then offered to get that steak remade or a refund....? But i got over charged for things i didnt get? Had to come back and did not have any decent employees to help or understand? Not sure how this happened? Then to have employees verbally express discontent for my frustration is beyond me. Like what is happening? I also waited almost 10 extra minutes, when they garenteed the food would be ready when i got there. TONS of employees standing around adding comments. Very uncomfortable. Sad west bend is closed.

When we walked in we were seated almost immediately which is good but sadly out server looked under the influence of drugs and could not get our order correct or out in a timely manner (40+minutes). There were 3 groups who were seated after us and yet they got their food AND drinks before we got our drinks. Overall not a good experience. I would drive to the west bend location

Overall, a great evening was had. My family and I were seated immediately, the food came out in reasonable timing and the food was pretty good. Our waitress (Gabby) was in training but she had a very supportive trainer (Damanique) nearby. They were super friendly, engaging and kept us laughing. Ana (a manager) also came by and check on us and a few others around us. Overall fun night for me, my husband and our 2 kids. We will be returning, hoping for a similar experience.

Would love the west bend location to be reopened. It was just getting busy there again after covid. Had a great experience here. Had to use my gift card. But applebees is now getting too far away to come here often.

The young dude greeter host is very welcoming very good customer service place had an actual good vibe and it seemed like the manager actually cared i recommend the place.

There was hair in my food and then when I spoke with the manager they said they took it off but then my bill was higher than the first bill after they so called “took off the meal” but the waiter was good and the food was prepared twice would not go again and also they didn’t have any crayons for my little brother
