The server was terrible, the only time she checked on us was when we waved her down. The chips for the spinach dip were so broken up, they coukd hardly be used to dip. The noodles in the chicken parm fettuccine were cold. Those I asked to be fixed, but they must of just nuked them to death. When I got them back the noodles were hot, but the chicken was tough and dry. Not a very goid experience overall. Have to think hard to see if ever going back. Have usually always loved Applebee's. Overheard tge server talking amongst themselves about a number of food complaints.

Food was decent. They did forget to bring out my pancakes with my food but my server got them and packed them to go for me. Irv was a nice and courteous server.

Our server Irv was amazing—friendly, attentive, and very professional. He made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down, checked in at just the right times, and made it possible for us to try the NEW O-M-Cheese burger. His positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. Excellent service!

There were 4 people working, no one at the greet station? I had hashbrowns and they were over cooked. It was like eating shoe string potatoe chips. My wife had pancakes, they packed mayonnaise and no butter. It's not going to last long if they don't get there act together. Very disappointing 👎

Our service was excellent tonight our server was Kenton. The food wasn’t too good. Had the spinach dip and it wasn’t that good. I ordered the chicken penne and I didn’t care for it too much. The breadsticks were hard and dried out. Also, we had the chicken wontons and it was kind of dry and the wontons were hard and broke easily when bitting into them. Great atmosphere will come back again.

This is my first time at this location and my server Kenton was amazing and Irvin wasn't our server but he still made sure he checked on us, will be returning off the strength of customer service

My family and I had an amazing dinner! The food and atmosphere were great! Our server was Irvin, he was helpful, respectful and fast! The kids liked him too! He let them order themselves and let them be big kids! They loved it!!! 11/10 rating!!! We will be back!

Our first time coming to this one. Our service was wonderful. As soon as we walked in we didn't have to wait for seating and placed our food and have we got our food soon as well. We'll be coming back to this one.
