The server was terrible, the only time she checked on us was when we waved her down. The chips for the spinach dip were so broken up, they coukd hardly be used to dip. The noodles in the chicken parm fettuccine were cold. Those I asked to be fixed, but they must of just nuked them to death. When I got them back the noodles were hot, but the chicken was tough and dry. Not a very goid experience overall. Have to think hard to see if ever going back. Have usually always loved Applebee's....

Our server Irv was amazing—friendly, attentive, and very professional. He made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down, checked in at just the right times, and made it possible for us to try the NEW O-M-Cheese burger. His positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. Excellent service!

There were 4 people working, no one at the greet station? I had hashbrowns and they were over cooked. It was like eating shoe string potatoe chips. My wife had pancakes, they packed mayonnaise and no butter. It's not going to last long if they don't get there act together. Very disappointing 👎
