Went to get dinner for my family and was told they are not taking large orders due to being short staffed. I could not order the family bundle, to feed my family. I left and will not return. The girl was extremely rude! I get you are short staffed but you do not need to be rude and turn customers away. How about you say: we are short staffed today, I would be happy to take your order however it may be a bit longer for six sandwiches.

I feel sorry for Manager Bill. He is kind, always gets my order correct, but is working with people who don't care about customer at all. When he isn't working service is terrible.
