I recently ordered 7 pizzas from Papa John’s for my daughter’s birthday party. I first tried to place an order online, but was having issues with it going through. So I called and spoke with Montel. He took my order over the phone and even took the time to find me deals to make the cost as low as possible. My pizzas were ready on time and there were no issues when picking them up. The order was accurate and the pizzas were delicious!
First, let me say our pizza tasted great. I was able to take it home 89 minutes after I placed the order. Over a hour of hat time was spent waiting in the store. Standing withba painful knee. Only 2 people working. If what we had was the extra cheese I paid for I hate to see what regular was. After I had been there a while they started telling every person who walked in that it would be at least 20 minutes and ask if they wanted to cancel. Ordered delivery two weeks ago and it took almost 2 hours to arrive and the time kept getting delayed.
Have never received swag on the first Saturday of the month.
Tonight, I went in and after 30 minutes of placing my order, it still had not been started. The gentlemen without a name tag on told me it was gonna be an “extremely long wait.” Asked for my money back and left. do better! corporate doesn’t even return Any feedback emails. The place has great pizza and friendly staff. Order is often ready but sometimes the site said inaccurate ready times and the pickup can be delayed. Staff seemed to be working hard and was very busy. Pizza was great as always, crust was wrong but still delicious and timely. Multiple times ordered and never had a bad experience and would not hesitate to order again.
