Last 2 times we ordered, missing part of the delivery order as well as it being very late. Both times was informed they have only one person working. Never got refunded for missing items.

Why did it receive a 1 star? I picked up my carry out order, I couldn't help to notice how this young lady was handling pizza dough as she came to cash out my order. My issue is the cross contamination. ??? She touched the cash register with her hands while continuing to hold the raw pizza dough. I told her it was cross contamination touching a germy bacteria cash register. Before she went into the bathroom to wash her hands, she gives another employee the same raw pizza dough to hold as she goes into the bathroom to wash her hands. I was not aware that you could leave your prep station from the kitchen area to come out to the front register to cash out the order while holding pizza dough. ?If I were from the health department she would have caused her team to fail. I will not visit this location again. It shows how nasty and unsafe they are while preparing a customer's order. Management please don't ignore or take your low ratings lightly, your low review is for a reason. I see one of your customers got sick, why am I not surprised. Cross contamination should be taken seriously.

Walked in at 11:20 to order two pizzas. There were only 3 ladies working, none were wearing gloves. I watched the lady who took my order touch the screen and then go back to making the pizzas. She told me 20 minutes. It’s now 12:05 and she is just now making my pizzas. In total I’ve watched 6 door dash employees walk in and get their pizzas before me. I’m glad papa John’s has their priorities in order. Won’t be returning.

I’m glad I did not have my kids with me as I waited for my pizza to be ready. It wasn’t the time of waiting since I was a couple minutes early. It was the language I heard from the employees. I think they forgot that customers were 3 feet from them. The F-Bombs were falling all over the place. And maybe best yet, the manager didn’t do anything about it. The Complacency here is just terrible.

Fix your knots, very thin and barely a knot. being over an hour late is not acceptable.
Placed my order at 5:30, they said it would be here by 6:15, then sent a text saying it was going to be delayed, then said 6:50, it’s 7pm and it isn’t here. Kids are starving, made a frozen pizza…waste of $40. Plenty of other places to order from.

Very disappointed with our food tonight. We ordered a pizza with meatballs and banana peppers. We got 1, not kidding....1 meatball on the entire pizza. The banana peppers were so small and shriveled it looked like the very last of the jar, and they were either out or didn't feel like opening a new jar. Our Twix bites and chicken parmesan bites were not "bites", just one long bread stick with slashes cut into it. Very messy and hard to divide up for kids that way. Looked nothing like the picture. When I spoke to the manager, "he said whoever works the dough station makes it that way." Shouldn't there be consistancy with every item? I shouldn't have to call and see who is working to get the food made the correct way. And to top it off, they were out of the soda we ordered and randomly selected one that they hoped we would find acceptable. My question is, if you know you are out of things, why wouldn't you just call us first and problem solve instead of driving all the way out here and "hope" that what the store chooses would be acceptable to the customer?

Although this location use to be good, they have now partnered with door dash and it’s now consistently been a poor experience. The past two times we waited so long we canceled our order and Dominoes came within a half hour ? Just would caution everyone to avoid as they no longer really use their own drivers and its a pain in the butt to try and cancel a door dash order when you don’t order off of door dash… Not worth the inconvenience and poor customer service when trying to resolve the issue

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!! Service is AWFUL and the manager could care less. Showed up when our pizza was "ready" to a line of people waiting. Our pizza was in fact not done and they said they were behind due to understaffing when there was plenty of staff. Waited for an hour and still no pizza. Got a text that pizza was ready and it still wasn't ready! Manager offered a soda, no sir I want my pizza! There were 7 pizzas sitting in the counter getting cold while one young man sat there twiddling his thumbs and no cutting/boxing them up! Heard another worker come in from delivering sayin to the staff "I don't know what the f*** you guys were doing to be this backed up!" and she jumped in to help to no avail. Good thing we didn't pay for it, left with no pizza. Manager could care less!!! Not the first problem and won't be the last unless management changes at this location

Something about the crust is different. It's gritty and very blah tasting. Whatever they did to the recipe they should go back to the original crust. The delivery driver woman was very nice.
