What happened to this place? It was great! In the last several months the constantly Cleaning up and putting away things an hour early. Consistently out of normal menu items.we use to enjoy coming here, now we pass often and are very hesitant when we do decide to go.

Cafe Zupas is honestly so good. The food’s always fresh and tastes amazing, their soups and sandwiches hit every time. The workers are super nice and fast too, and the place has a chill vibe that makes it nice to eat in. It’s clean, comfy, and just a solid spot overall. Definitely recommend it.

I love the food here and I've only ever had a mistake or two happen but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get something on time here during the day. Being busy around lunch is expected but my order of 1 soup is always at least 15 minutes behind what is estimated and isn't ready sometimes for 30 minutes after expected. When I've tried calling, no one picks up. Then when I can finally pick it up, I try to get someone's attention to grab my bag for me and I'll end up...
