76th and Good Hope location doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. I places an order online 24 hours in advance. Pick up time was 10:30am. They hadn't even started my order of 92 sandwiches, 4 dozen cookies, and 8 bags of chips. This was for a company lunch. They lost out on $450.00. Highly disappointed. What the point of placing an on line order if they're not going to make it. On top of that no one called me to tell me the order would not be ready on time. Never going back. I've also tried to call corporate and I've gotten no answer.

Ordered dub cheestake and fries. Cheestake was put on counter while they just drop in the Fry's. Cheestake was cold. I went there for a hot sandwich and I was let down. I won't tip anymore.

I am really sick of this store. 1 stop at a cousins at least twice a week for a very long time and this it it.Southside Sheboygan store is such a rip off.I order my sandwich with double meat (just so I know I got some)But this place has ham sliced so thin it only has 1 side and 4 slices isn't getting it.I go to the Northside store and they are a Harty sandwich.And if that isn't enough now the price went up.I'll be looking for a new snack shop.

Wilson Ave., Oak Creek Wisconsin, (store #1143)and the manager, no name tag, white short female, stubby, brownish hair with glasses was the worst manager I’ve ever experience in my whole entire life.After telling her my steak sandwiches was not hot she opened the sandwich and fingered it. She became confrontational and asked me if I want it burnt?It was a not only unprofessional, unsanitary, ignorant, rude, and insulting, it was racially motivated.What a way to teach a staff. It is totally outrageous and unacceptable, she was wayy out of line. If this is the type of people, you’re hiring to run the business it’s downhill from here!.

The store level does not reach out to you when asked per the survey. I agree with the 107th and Oklahoma location has snarky managers. I have reached out to corporate with concerns of this and another store. I have yet to hear back.

You allow people to start working and then red flag them on a background check 1 week later and then fire them? You guy's are probably the most unprofessional place of employment I've ever dealt with. Also, the people you have working in your corporate office are just as unprofessional and rude. Best answer I got for you was this; "well, idk, I don't make the rules." Carry on being a 2nd class sub shop Cousins Subs. What a disaster of an experience.

Just to forewarn, if you end up having a horrible experience at this establishment, do not expect to get your money back under any circumstance. This company seems to be greedy and could care less about what issues you encountered. My family had went to the location in Oak Creek on Ryan rd to pick up food for a celebration. The wait was atleast 20 minutes with no other customers. The staff was rude and the manager was texting on his phone. Once we received the food it was absolutely disgusting! The toppings were slapped on there, the cookies had what looked to be a thumb print in them, and the cheese curds had nasty loose fries and unidentifiable black debris. Was contacted back by Tom who only offered a few sub coupons. As if we wanted anymore of this unsanitary looking unedible food..

Their service just keeps getting worse and nothing is done about it. Milwaukee and Brown Deer locations have rude service, bad sandwiches ? and long waits. Soooo time to go elsewhere or make you clean sandwiches at home.
