76th and Good Hope location doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. I places an order online 24 hours in advance. Pick up time was 10:30am. They hadn't even started my order of 92 sandwiches, 4 dozen cookies, and 8 bags of chips. This was for a company lunch. They lost out on $450.00. Highly disappointed. Ordered dub cheestake and fries. Cheestake was put on counter while they just drop in the Fry's. Cheestake was cold. I went there for a hot sandwich and I was let down. I won't tip anymore.

Such a long wait time. I do doordash. There is no dashing here. Order is never ready when I arrive. Today they didn't start the order until I said something again 10 minutes later. I'm loosing money and getting complaints. Pleases change your system here.Parking: Shared lot with 4 other business
