Burgers had so few toppings (3 different burgers) had to open all 3 to see if there were any at all. My kiddo's burger was supposed to have ketchup and pickles - tiniest smear of ketchup and 2 little pickle slices. Other 2 burgers with more toppings were just as lame.

We love this place. We go here on the regular. There's always plenty of staff wow, some of them are young and kind of clueless. Other stuff are extremely helpful and attentive. We never have to wait long. Things are usually extremely clean.

This has been at least the fourth of fifth time I’ve stopped to enjoy some lunch with a concrete for dessert, and there are a few things I keep having a slight issue with.
When it comes down to the fries in my value basket, I always ask for no salt and extra crispy, but the last several times I’ve visited, they’re nowhere near extra crispy and sometimes there are a few fries that are undercooked which is disappointing. Today was another experience of this which was underwhelming.
The second thing is the concretes. I love Culver’s and how delicious the custard is. What is extremely and I truly mean extremely disappointing is the LACK of toppings. I literally ask for extra toppings because of this issue, and then when I go to eat my concrete, there’s barely anything in it. Maybe a few pieces at the top, but toward the middle and end of the concrete I get one to three pieces of whatever topping I ordered. Like today, I asked for EXTRA cookie dough and out of the whole concrete I ate probably ten pieces. The rest was just custard. If I’m paying for extra topping, I do expect that throughout the whole concrete for an enjoyable experience and I do expect EXTRA.
If these two things could be worked on when I visit and order, that would be awesome because my favorite thing to do is visit Culver’s every now and then when I’m craving it because it’s really good.

I usually order the Double Cheeseburger at Culvers. I wouldn't mind bacon on my burger but, the way they fry the bacon is awful. It's like it's still half raw, undone and is so thin it's like paper and that's if you get more than 1 piece of it. I'd also like to complain about the condiments they put on. I ordered a hamburger with the works and had to look where the catsup and mustard was. It was there, about the size of a dime of both. Really. A multi million dollar company and they have to scrimp on condiments. One more thing I have to add is this is the worst custard that I have ever had. Strawberry custard with frozen jelly like strawberrys. How gross. Wakeup Culvers. Your commercials on TV don't even cut it when people have to deal with these reviews.
