I am absolutely LIVID and will be speaking to the manager at this Culver’s location IMMEDIATELY! I ordered a chocolate concrete mixer with Dove chocolate—DOVE CHOCOLATE, people, it’s not that hard to understand! I made it crystal clear when I placed my order, practically spelling it out for the cashier, who, by the way, looked like they couldn’t care less about doing their job properly. I was expecting those rich, creamy Dove chocolate pieces swirled into my concrete mixer, which was the ENTIRE reason I drove all the way to Culver’s in the first place!
But what did I get? A pathetic, plain chocolate concrete mixer with ZERO Dove chocolate. Not a single chunk! Do you know how much I was craving that luxurious Dove chocolate experience? It’s like they completely ignored my order and just slapped some basic ice cream in a cup. The audacity! The teenager at the counter was probably too busy scrolling on their phone to listen to a paying customer. I’m a loyal Culver’s customer—or at least I WAS—and this is how they treat me? Unacceptable!
I demand a full refund, a new concrete mixer with DOUBLE Dove chocolate, and an apology from the manager for this outrageous oversight. Culver’s, you’ve lost my trust, and I will be telling everyone I know about this disaster. Do better!

I have been to this Culver’s multiple times and it is always great! I need to eat gluten free and they are always careful with the food and I never have a problem. Today I ordered and RJ took my order in the drive thru. He did a great job, asked if needing gluten free was an allergy and ensured the kitchen would know and be safe with everything. I will definitely keep coming back! (photo of my dog with a Culver’s pup cup!)
Strawberry shake was too thick. I couldn't enjoy it even after 15 minutes and the strawberries were getting stuck in the straw.

I ordered a butter burger with the works!!! I get home, opened the burger, bun was burned and the hamburger was burned around the edges of the burger. Nothing on the burger, I looked at the bottom bun all I got was a slice of onion, a drop of mustard on ketchup and 2 pickles.
I had to make my own burger to make it edible. It was so chewy. Ate half, threw the rest out!!!
And the onion rings I ordered were over cooked.
My last visit to Culvers. Not worth the money.!!!!!!!
