I’ve dined here a few times and have always enjoyed the food. Highly recommend the grilled lemongrass chicken. The atmosphere could use some improvements, though. The lights hang too low with bright bulbs that are blinding at eye level. The noise level is consistently a problem, but not noise from other customers—it’s the unusually frequent and loud clatter of dishes coming from busboys, the bar, and from the kitchen I think? Also the phone is left ringing loudly at times....

This was the first time dining at Evies and we were very satisfied with everything, start to finish. Our server, Heidi was fantastic, we both ordered pho and spring rolls and those came out very quickly. The place is adorable and we’ll definitely be back.

We come here about every 6 weeks . We do a rotation of 5 other restaurants . Everything is very fresh ! However I have noticed today ( and the last time as well) that when we paid the bill , the server and another server was watching my husband Very carefully on how much she was getting as a tip . Not cool at all .
