Ordered delivery and was quoted 35 minutes. Finally just went and picked it up after 2 hours of waiting for delivery and being told ‘it’ll be there soon’ we're just waiting for a delivery driver. No discount or anything. Sent in a complaint on the company website and never even received a response.
We have become so disappointed with ordering from Papa John's. More often than not, our order is wrong, late, cold and/or damaged. I don't understand the carelessness of the staff, especially the delivery drivers.

The place has great pizza and friendly staff. Order is often ready but sometimes the site said inaccurate ready times and the pickup can be delayed. Staff seemed to be working hard and was very busy. Pizza was great as always, crust was wrong but still delicious and timely. Multiple times ordered and never had a bad experience and would not hesitate to order again.
