I ordered pickup for the day after Christmas. The store actually called me (!!!) to tell me they were closing at 4 and either my order would be canceled, or I could pick up early. I chose the latter. I am still in disbelief that the staff would actually call the customer to advise, instead of taking the do nothing approach so common nowadays. This kind of thing builds customer loyalty.
Ordered and paid online. Pizza was ready for pickup when I arrived. My only complaint is that the pan crust I ordered only came up half way to the top of the pan. Should be about twice as thick in my opinion, but I'm sure profitability is the number one concern.
Staff was professional. The cashier was in training , had trouble ringing up an online order till a colleague helped him. Only issue I had were the portions . Not doing us any favors when you pile 2x the amount of mozzarella cheese than what’s designated for that pie. Doesn’t cook right .
