Whoever manages this location should look into why the store had its lights off and the open sign off at 6:11 PM when it closes at 7. I ordered two pizzas and almost turned around once I arrived for pickup. Double checking that I ordered at the right location and that it should still be open, I walked up and was surprised to find the door unlocked. I complained to the dude working the front and he simply a said, “Have a good one.”
Might be done with this location.

Walked into the store at 11am at the Menomonee Falls location and very offensive music was playing very loud and the food i ordered 20 minutes ago was not ready. This was at 11am. I Won't be back to this store.

Not open every time I go. Wait8ng area not always clean.
Ordered pizza, Club Salad, and Cookie Dough. The pizza was fine as usual, and the cookies were great. Not so much with the salad. The toppings were fine but the lettuce was grabbed from the Browner Selection. We obviously worked through it and if it had not been 15 miles to take it back, I would have. I guess when paying $8 for a salad, I don’t feel it’s unreasonable to expect fresh lettuce.
