Asked for double chicken and got a portion that was not even a 1 full scoop. Have had great service here before, but some workers don’t care about correct portion sizing and short the customers with portions

A BIG Thanks to the team that worked the lunch shift today! I had put in a catering order yesterday for a corporate lunch. Right before the order was supposed to be ready, an email said that their system went down and that the order was not received. After calling the manager they were able to put the order together in record time! Make your own tacos lunch was a hit!

I am not too happy about the way the server clean the counter with a cloth then comes back to wrap my burrito. Who knows where that cloth has been. Last time I will ever go here!

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful service. They took 10 minutes to make two bowls ahead of me and then made me wait to make five bowls for customers who weren’t even there. I’ve been coming here for a while and the service just gets worse and worse

When I go to the store in person and order, I have to wait for online orders to be made in front of mine. So today I tried an online order and when I showed up 10 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready I still I had to wait 10 minutes. and the portions are horribly small. The workers have no urgency and rather laugh with each other than get the food prepared.

Every time I visit this place, the folks there are welcoming. Even the ones that don't smile provide excellent service. I don't know the manager's (owner?) name but he is funny and kind and I think that is why his people seem so cool.
My family eats Qdoba often so it's nice to be able to walk into the store and see familiar bright faces.
The place is always clean and there are always people eating inside or on the patio.
