Last two times I have been here, the same lady made my burrito. Both times, she closed my burrito before I could finish saying what I wanted on it. Good burrito, would’ve been better with a little guacamole and lettuce.

Great food and fast but there is a communication barrier for sure. I asked for an Ice Tea and they gave me a cup and charged me for a soft drink but when I went to the drink station there was no Ice T. They wouldn’t let me trade my cup in for one of their bottled Ice Ts either so I just left because I didn’t feel like causing a ruckus. I understand a language barrier on some things but if it’s something they sell they should know what it’s called. Anyway still a great place to eat I’ll come back. Just thought maybe management could work on product knowledge with the staff so it doesn’t happen to more people.

The gal who I think was the manager was AMAZING! She took all 10 of our orders for returning the catering trays from our event. The food and service from her were GREAT!! She's a keeper!!
I ordered a chicken bowl with just simple add-ons. I ordered through the app ahead of time and had to wait an extra 10mins while 4 walk-ins were served before me. When they finally handed me my bag of food and I got home it was only rice and peppers in my bowl. I'm not sure if this was a targeted hate crime or just lazy workers. I will never return to this location.

I won’t know how the food is. I placed an order on line. Went to pick it up in my timeframe. Still had to wait 15 more mins. Before I even got my food. The staff just kept taking orders from walk ins? People came in and left all while I waited for my online order!!!! Terrible, just terrible.
I placed an order for pick up around 7 at night. I did not check the order before I left, I just assumed it'll be correct. My order was incorrect, there was so much guacamole in the bowl (which the order didn't ask for guacamole). The chicken in the bowl was burnt. This is usually my go to and in the future if I do go, I'll have to come in to place my order.

Food is good however the wait here is always extensive. It will take like 15 min at least to get chips and queso. I underestimated places get busy/a lot of customers but compared to other restaurants that have similar amount of customers this wait seems extensive.

I ordered two items for a takeout order and only received one item. The restaurant was not busy with only two people in line and oneOnline order to be picked up.I guess it’s my fault for not checking the bags to see if everything was there. On a side note the mistake was noticed after I was home.
