Fast replies and excellent communication, best prices we found with the most food (an no upcharge for brisket unlike most places), and most importantly incredible BBQ! We had them cater our wedding and got so many compliments on our food. Everything tasted exactly like it did at the taste testing; hard to do for such large quantities! Staff was excellent as well.
