UNO Pizzeria & Grill

The pizza was good. We sat in the bar area and were the only people there. The waitress/bartender was really friendly and checked in with us frequently.

The kids chix and Stix is misleading says chicken mozzarella sticks and fries but we got roasted veggies. Also our sides were all messed up and the steak was undercooked more like rare rather than medium. Also they tell you to be there by a certain time for curbside and it certainly had to be sitting for some time as the sweet potato fries were super soggy. Not a great first expierence. Seemed pretty busy the parking lot was full maybe that's why. But for a $60 mean you'd expect a better expierence.

Came here after crappy service at Applebee's next door. Hostess seated us immediately. Our server Braxton was awesome! Steak was slightly overcooked (ordered med rare, csm medium, on the dry side with little to no seasoning/flavor), but still edible. Crab and shrimp dip was tasty but light on crab and shrimp. Shrimp that came with ribeye was good as were mashed potatoes and broccoli.

What has happened to my favorite Chicago style, deep dish pizza? This is NOT deep dish pizza. I fell in love with Uno's Chicago style pizza in the 1970s (I'm old). The only part of the Chicago Classic that resembled a deep dish pizza was the raised edge. The best part of this pizza is gone. I'm wondering why they changed the crust, it's hard and flavorless now, when it used to be buttery and delicious. Also, where's the spices? There's almost no flavor at all in this pizza, just over cooked sausage. I'm really sad, as there's not much deep dish pizza to be found around these parts anymore.

First time back in a very long time. Met up with former co-workers/friends. They were rather busy but we still had excellent service and enjoyed the friendly bartender. I highly recommend and will be back!

Food was nasty 🤮 salad tastes old but my deep dish pizza was okay. Food was very bland. The drinks (lemonade) were watered down. Food is very much overpriced. Applebees next door is better. The service was nice the lady was very friendly. The atmosphere was nice. Restaurant was clean. 4/10 don’t recommend.

Placed a doordash order that the store only partially processed. Called and spoke with the manager, he said if DD put an order in again they'd make it. DD gave a partial credit that partially covered resubmitting the buy 1 get 1 pizza skins. Called the store and MAGICALLY, this time, the buy 1 get one THAT WAS ON THE 1ST ORDER was showing. The manager made no offer of throwing in drinks or anything to compensate for delayed delivery/bad experience/having to pay more to get the food I ordered initially on game day. Just based on customer experience & issue resolution, I will be a one time customer. Shame because the pizza skins were enjoyable.

Had the privilege of being served by a very efficient, customer centered young server named McKenna. If you have a choice ask for her. She is very knowledgeable of the menu and the beer offerings. She is delightful to talk to, bubbly and upbeat. She truly exhibits a love for her job and the people she is serving. Thank you for your sincere service McKenna. Hoping we get seated in your section next time we are there. To the Manager, don't let this one go.

My wife and kid were greeted with a happy smile as soon as we walk thru the door. By the manager Josh . We were seated it right away. My first time walking into an Uno's restaurant. I was hoping to get good food because I was in the mood for good pizza. And then we started to order appetizers and food. My wife and kid was hoping for good food too. And as the food came out and it started to hit my taste buds the smile on our faces kept getting bigger and bigger. My wife and child did not say a word during their time eating ,I was surprised because they're always talking. Lol. The food was so good that nobody wanted to say a word they just wanted to keep enjoying the goodness of the food. I will definitely come again and I tip very well and the server deserved every dollar of her tip.
