UNO Pizzeria & Grill

We had great service, and the pizza was so good. My kids all left happy ( they are picky) lol.

Place is great. They served my favorite Baked French Onion soup but last 2 times, I was disappointed. New recipe? Also, had the Caesar salad (like I usually do). Didn't like the dressing. New recipe? I will have to find a new go-to for these items now. Too bad, I live close. Restaurant itself is clean and inviting.

Every now and then, we'll go and enjoy a chain restaurant. The Chicago themed decor and woodwork make the place nostagically cozy. The food is very good. Despite being the place that invented the Chicago-style deep dish, we've certainly found much better in Chi-Town. It's still very good, though. The pizza skins were much different than we had expected. They were made like a deep dish pizza and were very good. The Rattlesnake pasta was a lot spicier than we thought, which was great! Very nice family restaurant.

I tried the soup and salad lunch special. The food took a half hour to be served. The French onion soup was horrible. It was very bland.

Food is always delicious and I always have very fast and friendly service

Just had lunch there AWFUL. We were told we couldn't have the steak dinner because grill has been broke for 2 weeks. Ordered hamburgers and was told they would have to be made in pizza oven. It was my daughters birthday and we mentioned it and did not get alittle ice cream or anything like most restaurants do. Very few people in this place should have given us a clue what the place was. Don't go here

Outstanding food, pepperoni rolls were better than expected, and the food came out fast, I cant say much else though

The pizza was good. We sat in the bar area and were the only people there. The waitress/bartender was really friendly and checked in with us frequently.

The kids chix and Stix is misleading says chicken mozzarella sticks and fries but we got roasted veggies. Also our sides were all messed up and the steak was undercooked more like rare rather than medium. Also they tell you to be there by a certain time for curbside and it certainly had to be sitting for some time as the sweet potato fries were super soggy. Not a great first expierence. Seemed pretty busy the parking lot was full maybe that's why. But for a $60 mean you'd expect a better expierence.

Came here after crappy service at Applebee's next door. Hostess seated us immediately. Our server Braxton was awesome! Steak was slightly overcooked (ordered med rare, csm medium, on the dry side with little to no seasoning/flavor), but still edible. Crab and shrimp dip was tasty but light on crab and shrimp. Shrimp that came with ribeye was good as were mashed potatoes and broccoli.

Food was awful. Watery shrimp scampi and overcooked steak. The drinks were alright and our waitress was super nice. The vibe was decent. Food was just gross..

What has happened to my favorite Chicago style, deep dish pizza? This is NOT deep dish pizza. I fell in love with Uno's Chicago style pizza in the 1970s (I'm old). The only part of the Chicago Classic that resembled a deep dish pizza was the raised edge. The best part of this pizza is gone. I'm wondering why they changed the crust, it's hard and flavorless now, when it used to be buttery and delicious. Also, where's the spices? There's almost no flavor at all in this pizza, just over cooked sausage. I'm really sad, as there's not much deep dish pizza to be found around these parts anymore.
