The staff is great, the service is top notch and the food is great. But the seating area is closed. It's winter in Wis and sitting outside isn't an option. They say it's to improve service, but all it has done is drive many regulars like myself to the nearby Panera which has indoor seating.
Came in today for a quick breakfast. This location was pretty busy but I’d like to highlight the manager. I’m sad I didn’t catch his name. But African American male with glasses. He understands management. He kept his team encouraged to get through the rush and he even accommodated customers for the wait. This happened today (11/19 around 8:50am) give that man a raise. Well done!!
Bagels are good, but for crying out loud, open your dining room, get rid of the table at the register, let’s move on. It’s like walking back into 2020 again when I go in here. Covid is over, your employees aren’t wearing masks anyway.
