The dinner was delicious and steak made exactly as ordered. Presentation could have been somewhat enhanced, the baked potato was absolutely delicious. Warm bread was a lovely beginning, complimentary champagne for our anniversary, thank you so much. It was a quality dining experience for a small city and we were happy to celebrate there!
Unbelievably good food. It was out 44th anniversary and 2nd time we'd been here at Mequon, first was our 43rd. The wait staff warm and inviting. We already knew what we wanted so we were able to order quickly. Being our anniversary they started us with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. After taking our order, the appetizer came out quickly. The calamary was prepared perfectly and very ender, not rubbery. Our steaks melted in our mouths and the bourbon peppercorn sauce...
The food was very good. We like to dine early because once the tables around us full up it gets very loud in the dining room. Service this time was not up to standard for this restaurant. Very slow. Lots of time between courses without an update from servers. Took longer to dine than normal.
