We had a group of seven and everything went very well. Loved being able to reserve on-line several days ahead. As always, the seafood was very fresh and delicious. Our grandsons came to visit from Green Bay. They wanted to try something different. We had shark bites, shrimp cocktail, calamari, shrimp tacos, lobster rolls, broiled walleye, lobster boil and fried perch. What a wonderful meal! Everyone was very pleased. St. Paul's is always busy. Always a treat to have a meal at St. Paul or to take out. Our server was very nice and our meal arrived promptly. It was a busy day and the restaurant was crowded but we were seated right away. No complaints whatsoever.
We had a 4:00 reservation for 2. We were seated with drinks quickly and food came really fast. The restaurant got busy around 5:00. Up until then there were many open tables. After an hour and 45 minutes a man came up and told us to wrap it up since he needed the table for a reservation for a party of 6:00. We each had more than a half glass of wine left. I asked if we could move to the bar. He said it was first come first serve—in other words— full. We said ok and proceeded...
