The lovely cashier/griller/fryer/assembly/dishes/cleaner DEGAN KLOTH was so excellent at his job and he’s a really hard worker, always stays busy too! He really made the atmosphere so warming and welcoming and really brightened my day. He was very professional as well and caring about his work place. Man if I owned this establishment I’d give him the manager spot ASAP!
The only thing I have had an issue with is the glass ½ gallon jug. They would not refill it. I dont know if its refilled at participating A&Ws but they wouldn't. Everything else was great. Exactly like your friendly neighborhood A&W.
The service was absolutely fantastic. Super warm and personal. The lady at the counter told us about the special on the burgers, she had some recommendations for items because we had not been to that location before, and honestly, it was just a fantastic experience. The lady who took our order had her arm in a sling and I can't remember her name. But she was absolutely phenomenal. We were so happy. Zero complaints. And the cheese curds were so good!!
