KFC, recently remodeled, has a nice first impression but lacks cleanliness. Long wait times for food, and staff focused solely on orders resulted in unclean tables and floors. The women's restroom is unsanitary, lacking soap and smelling poorly. The soda machine appears unclean as well. Overall, cleanliness and service require improvement.
