Based on the available reviews, this Taco Bell / KFC in Merrill, Wisconsin, is a mixed experience. The restaurant is described as clean, with a newer set up. However, the KFC side has problems. It seems every time a customer goes, they do not have KFC food. The workers never know if they have enough chicken and always look. Most of the time they do not, so customers need to mix and match or order something different. KFC products have been steadily declining for years, and it is also way pricey now.
On the Taco Bell side, the experience is much better. One customer said it blew their mind. They ordered two $2 burritos and one larger burrito. The burritos were massive, super fresh, hot, and huge. They tasted like Taco Bell on steroids. The girl was very pleasant and personable, giving over 30 packets of hot sauce and a ton of napkins. Another customer loves the chicken Chalupa Supreme. The staff is described as amazing, courteous, and very welcoming. Orders can get easily mixed up because workers mumble the number and walk away, but the team member fixed the problem. Overall, the food is great and this is the best Taco Bell Ever.
