Had a handful of issues with this location but nothing that really stopped us from coming. Tonight however was ridiculous. Ordered through the drive thru and when handed our drinks there was no ice and they were piss warm. Husband had to go in and ask for new drinks to which the woman working just stared at him for a moment and said they were out of ice. The first impression of this newly remodeled restaurant is nice until you look around, at the tables not cleaned, the nice new seating area filled with crumbs and food, the floors in terrible shape needing a good cleaning, and then the warmer in Station in full view to everyone which are so out of date and filty. Now.. shall we talk about service and food!!!!!

Took over 7 minutes for someone to come out of the back to help us. They were severely back logged. 5 people in front of us waiting on food. Not one person came out to clean tables. Half of them were dirty.
