Outskirts Bar welcomes you with a friendly atmosphere and great food. The lasagna is a must-try, and the pizza with unlimited toppings is a fantastic deal. The new owner is very nice and engaging. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Customers have a blast with great laughs and good food, making it hard to leave.
