I just opened a Birch Bark brew from my local store. It was a 32 once can. Packaged on 10/22 assuming 2024. I opened up the can poured me a pint. I've tasted this before but could not quite figure it out. I poured a second pint and then it hit me. Dirty tap lines. Yes unfortunately what may have been a great ale turned to dirty tap line taste. What a fantastic brewery! Excellent beer, service is phenomenal, and the building has historical provenance! Highly recommend a Thursday night visit! They host an open mic night for some unbelievably talented bands!! !

Visited the brewery and it certainly did not disappoint. The historic building, atmosphere and set back location are fantastic. In addition, the location (outdoors) is very much dog friendly as we enjoyed a number of beers and soda as our lab enjoyed the surroundings with us. The beer is outstanding along with the staff especially Ben the Brewmaster who came out and talked with us for a while. It just so happens we both own Fox Red Labradors in which one of the delicious beers...
