Sawmill Brewing Company offers an atmosphere that is hard to match in the Northwoods. Delicious beers, a great environment, and knowledgeable and friendly staff make it a wonderful place!
I just opened a Birch Bark brew from my local store. It was a 32 once can. Packaged on 10/22 assuming 2024. I opened up the can poured me a pint. I've tasted this before but could not quite figure it out. I poured a second pint and then it hit me. Dirty tap lines. Yes unfortunately what may have been a great ale turned to dirty tap line taste. I ended up dumping out the rest of the beer. I have been to the brewery in the past. All was well. Sorry Sawmill. I won't spend...
What a fantastic brewery! Excellent beer, service is phenomenal, and the building has historical provenance! Highly recommend a Thursday night visit! They host an open mic night for some unbelievably talented bands!! !
