I had a smoothie bowl and it was fantastic. Never had this before. What a clever meal. The place is beautiful and clean inside. The lady at the counter was so nice and made the perfect smoothie bowl. She took the time to understand what I could have. I have a lot of food sensitivities which makes eating out difficult. I will definitely be back and bringing my husband. Apex Nutrition brings a refreshing change to your morning or afternoon pick me up. I love that I can get coffee with protein or a fruity, fizzy tea drink that's not loaded with artificial sugar and scary chemicals. The owner, Cassie, carries her passion and knowledge for wellness into her business at Apex which is helpful for those who have questions about certain products or ingredients.
