We tried the Mint Muscle and one of the Monthly Refreshers, and both were delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly. It’s a great place if you’re looking for something sweet and healthy without the extra calories.
This place is the gas, its become a routine to hit up Apex almost every morning. Cassie is helpful and friendly and her smoothies are delectable. I've tried to replicate them at home but nothing beats the love and care she puts into each one. She also has weekly and monthly recipes that are somehow always delicious.
Super friendly owner. Many choices. I hadn't had lunch and was heading to the gym-she had great ideas for a yummy shake. I had the Cookie Monster with some coffee in it. Wasn't hungry til dinner and it was really yummy!
