I had curbside pickup. The person wasn't very friendly. I didn't see her coming, so she seemed annoyed my window wasn't down. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know. One thing they ALWAYS get wrong is extra ice. I want extra ice, and I feel like I get less ice. That is frustrating!

Play area has a broken heater that has been that way for a long time. The fry oil was old. The staff ignores customers who come in, forcing then to use the kiosk, which is not a great experience.
Kid-friendliness: Play area is not heated. Might as well be outside.
