I visited for my first time last night. Service was excellent, attentive but not overly so, and the food was on point. There are some great things happening in that kitchen—everything was delicious!

We celebrated my birthday at Cooper’s Hawk tonight and had the most wonderful experience. We started the evening with a wine tasting with JP. He walked us through both the wines and the wine club membership (which we needed up joining!). We then moved on to dinner. Devan M was our server and she went above and beyond! Based on the reviews, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant offers a high-end dining experience with an outstanding wine selection. The food is often fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, with specific meals like the pretzel rolls, chicken piccata, orange chicken salad, prime rib sandwich, and parmesan crusted chicken receiving high praise. However, some dishes were inconsistent; the seafood bisque was too salty and thick, the herb-glazed salmon lacked flavor, and the Caesar salad was overly dressed. The Luxe Chardonnay was very oaky, and the wine list needs better style descriptions. Service can be exceptional, with servers like Julie and Dante noted for going out of their way to create an excellent experience. Chef Berry also provides great hospitality. The atmosphere is described as an open, cozy, clean environment with a small patio, but the acoustics are extremely loud. Portions are giant and better shared. Overall, it is a recommended spot for a nice meal, especially for splitting the chicken piccata and Caesar salad.
