Rude barrista just as bad as the coffee. Blech. Waste of $6.
Customer service is lacking in many ways. The girl at the register completely disregarded me as I was next in line and took the woman behind me. Then avoided coming back to the register or making eye contact with me. When she finally did she didn't say a word to me and when I stated I was there to pick up an order, she pointed to the counter and proceeded to help the next customer in line.

We stopped in and asked what they had for matcha drinks. The guy behind the counter in Verona barely spoke English. He only offered 2 ideas though I had just read another (special) on the door when I walked in. We just got a matcha latte and it honestly tasted like root beer flavored milk. Not bad but not matcha nor very good!
