Favorite place to stop before I go in for my internship to get my pick me up tea and my shake for lunch. Always excited to try a new flavor and talk to the owner who always is open for conversation. To say it’s become my new healthy habit is an understatement it’s a part of my lifestyle and I absolute love being able to go to 4one4 with it being so close by to my internship.

You are greeted as soon as you get in the door, and the owner does a great job explaining the entire menu and answering any questions you may have! You can tell she’s really passionate about her business, that’s great!
