The food is good, but it'll cost you. The portions are just not worth the cost. I've read they give big portions, but that's just not true. Also, the service is sub-par. The 2 servers were more interested in their cell phones than anything else. Then, when my friend called one of them over for a refill on coffee, she was definitely annoyed, and then when he asked for more coffee, she looked at him like he was asking for an organ donation or something. Saturday, August 2025: I went here for lunch with my husband. We both had the Chicken Soup with Matzo Ball and noodles. It was delicious, warm, and just tasted like a really great chicken soup!

I ordered tuna salad on rye with a side of potato salad and my husband ordered a corned beef sandwich with a side of slaw. The tuna was light and mild. The potato salad was tasty and really creamy.

5 of us went to eat at 6:28pm . We walked in and the waitress said sorry our kitchen closes at 7:00 and turned us away! This has NEVER happened to us ever, anywhere! We leave great tips! This was Friday aug 9th, we are regulars there and this was the first! Very dissapointed! But they still have the best food ever!
