I was hungry and me and my friend decided to check Blue eggs out I looked at the reviews and they were pretty good so we went and when I say omg the parking lot was packed. I’m like this food must be good. We went in and the host set us at the table right away I just knew we were going to have to wait because of how packed it was in there but any way The waitress came to the table her name was Gime She was so nice. I’ve been here a few times over the past 2 years and I feel like there is something going on with their management because the staff seems on edge, the food quality is hit or miss for the price they charge and the hosts are unfriendly in general (one of them was obviously the manager or owner as well). Will not be returning anytime soon.

A Milwaukee staple! do yourself a favor and schedule a reservation!!!! Expect to pay at least $15/person per plate. Prices caught me off guard - this place is expensive! The food is great! Loved the back area that feels like an entirely different restaurant. Staff were all so wonderful and sweet. The bakery items were WAY to sweet for me, but I must say their selection is full of different flavors and goodies.
