We have gone with Brim twice now for catered breakfast events, and both experiences have been excellent. Brittany is so good with communication and planning, and made the whole process so easy!
The staff who delivered the food was on time, polite and he set up the food so fast!
Everything tasted wonderful and was great quality for a great price.
We would be happy to work with them again in the future!

Brim Catering did an excellent job catering our conference at the Medical College of Wisconsin. They offered a wide variety of food options, including healthy choices, and everything was absolutely delicious. We utilized Brim Cafe Catering for our 3 day conference here in Milwaukee (West Allis). Brittany (co-owner) was our main contact and delivery/set-up person and the communication was fantastic. Even with last minute changes, Brim Cafe was able to accommodate. The food was AMAZING. Everyone at the conference and our staff were raving about how good the food tasted and was presented. Someone else on our staff already wants to use Brim Cafe Catering again and we're seriously...
