Slightly disappointed the app didn’t provide an alternative for my most order drink. Had to exit the car to enter the store to order
The reason to use a chain is consistency. With this location there is maybe a 50/50 chance that they cheat on ingredients.
Every time I request xtra chai in my tea and most times they put less than the normal amount. We end up with a cup of milk. If I wanted the flavor of a cup of milk I’d go purchase a gallon of milk.
When I ask for 8 pumps of chai I expect 8 full pumps of chai Not 8 1/2 pumps.
Stop cheating on ingredients please!
